Nicholas Turro
Born: November 15, 1990, in Pequannock, NJ.
Hometown: Wantage, NJ
From a very young age Nick showed interests in many
different sports and excelled in many of them. His main sport growing up was ice
hockey. He made his first Jr. Ice Hockey team at the age of 14. He went on to play
Division 1 New England Prep High School hockey. As he got older he played for
many different teams, on all different levels, from ACHA D1&2 to Junior A
hockey in the NOJHL & OJHL in Canada. Now at the age of 22 he is taking on another
sport, Long Track Speed Skating in hopes of making it to the 2018 Olympic Games
in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

• 2004-05 Made Junior B. Wildcats at age 14
• 2007-08 Millbrook School D1 New England Prep Varsity (made team as a true sophomore)
• 2008-09 Led High Point Regional High School Hockey Team to first ever State Playoff Game
